The short answer is that you can only recover on negligence. if they were not negligent, you can't recover even if you think the service wasn't what you expected.
Yes, I don't care to recove anything from them, just glad to be rid of them. Perhaps if they try to bill me an outrageous amount for work they did not do or did not do correctly, then I may do something. Other than that, at this point, I'll eat that cost in the end..
