Why can you go into Best Buy and shop? I saw that yesterday? "I really really need a new TV since I'm stuck at home"?

Well that's certainly a welcome positive change and happy to comply.@MacDoc .... im not permitted to have any interaction with you. Leave my wife out of any and all of your input.

^ That doesn't make any sense. What difference does it make if you've gone to the store and picked up a child's toy or some other such thing that could be viewed as "non-essential" along with the groceries?
A bigger issue is that people use shopping as an excuse to get out of the house (which I can totally understand). Ok, I'll go to the grocer's this morning to buy one banana, and go again this afternoon to buy one litre of milk, and again this evening to buy one loaf of bread. They recommend buying a week's worth at a time.
How bad does it have to get before the gov tells the people where, when and how?

Honestly, after buying groceries today, I'm ready to have it delivered for the rest of this affair. Kinda hope retailers will fine tune that side of their services, because right now it's busted for my area. Or maybe most areas.
Damn that gemballa sounded good. Poor thing.Good to see some people being extra cautious on the streets during these times:
Happened in NYC a couple days ago.
Damn that gemballa looks ugly. Poor thing.

I don't know about Toronto, but out here there are still a couple of Tim Horton's that you can walk into, order and leave.
Most are drive thru only.

The lockdown here has become even more restrictive. Vehicles not allowed on the road, one-person shopping (no couples or families), on-foot shopping within a radius of 2km only, 5ft distancing, compulsory mask and no strolling around.
All of this vigourously enforced by the cops.
If you are on wheels (two or four) without a police permit, the vehicle is confiscated and if you get too cosy with people around you, you will be thrashed.
Guess that the Easter Bunny will be keeping his distance. On that note, Easter Greetings/Chag Sameach and stay safe.
