Corey, Corey, Corey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somebody's got a case of the Mondays...
Amen!!!

Avi, I've heard nothing but awesome things about you. Hell would go your way if I wasnt already getting awesome service from Clayton at Dalton Timmis. You both have shown me that any trouble you have is never with the brokers... its with the insurance company. Keep up the awesome work in whatever you do :)

Gympy, I appreciate your passion and I am pleased to hear you made a new friend in Philia. I never suggested nor did I imply that you lost an hour of your life, I said it cost you an hour. There is a difference. I have also noticed that you read more into the replies of others as well.

I am not writing between the lines here so no need to read between them. A few suggested that you need to relax and I have to agree with them. Good luck finding better rates, I truly hope you do.

Well, enough about it on this thread. Do not have any friends here but don't give a hoot. I call it like I see it. I am not politically correct like most are here. I only see things in black and white and nothing in between. I pay my insurance premium and when something happens, I expect my insurer to pay back without any if or buts. You take my money, you pay the payback. Still say the insurance industry has not been able to do the job here in Ontario. That is why we need government run insurance for auto's and homes. So what if we have to bail it out once an a while. We are bailing out the private sector every year with rate increases. When was the last time you seen major or even minor[ not talking about 20.00 or so dollars less] rate decreases in the industry. They have a monopoly on it as all banks [mortgages] province,[auto's] or any other institutions require insurance. A whole lot, maybe more than what some or all of you think probably don't give a hoot who supplies us with insurance and probably wish it was the government. The biggest mistake Bob Rae made was to be talked out of government run insurance the the insurance industry when he was premier of the province. He even said it himself. Bye and it has been a slice nailing the insurance industry here and those who believe all their B.S. and accept their increases every year like sheep following the wolf. To bad we who dissagree have to be included in with the sheep. I am signing off an never to be heard of again. I know a lot of you are going to be happy to see me go and me I will be happy to leave. Roger

If you disagree with the system in Ontario why live here. Its not like we aren't spreading our own cheeks here. We know we get raped with the prices. But I don't ***** because well... I could just hop on a plane and move. Theres nothing stopping me....

So I'm lined up with the rest of ya.

Monopoly? Do you know how many insurance companies write business in Ontario? There are over 100. It's understandable that you are disgruntled about a claim from a long time ago, but not all insurers are the same an every injury claim is unique.

Take it easy and enjoy life a little :)

See you Gympy, I assume you probably had a stroke and flamed out after reading all your dissertations again in a more sober state.

I can't believe a guy with that much hatred has lasted as long as he has on this planet.

For the record (I know Gympy won't be reading this as he has decided to never come back) but the insurance industry did take some pretty significant reductions in premiums a few years back (i.e. around 2005 - 2006).

But that's not good enough, he wants it all.

My rates were never really that bad. I had to use my AB coverage a short time ago and I am sure glad I had it.

Should we be planning a going away party? When?

Say I do hop on this plane. And now I'm somewhere in the southern hillside country. Should I write the kids and wifey? How often? Should I let this disturb me while the breeze is blowing through my beard as I sail the twisties? I know. I'll just send money with a postcard now and then.

He worked for CUPW, where anyone could last as long as they want to. It would probably explain the sense of entitlement as well.

If anyone is interested, here is a history of rate changes:

The only 'politically correct' posts I read were GTAM members trying to tell you to F.O. nicely. Perhaps that should have been done in post #1. The only purpose you had on this forum was to tackle the insurance companies.

You call us sheep but all you did was sit at your computer and rant...who care about the ranting of an aging prick? If that was your attempt to inspire others to join your cause then you failed miserably.
