Hey everyone,
Just got a Competition Werkes Fender Eliminator Kit installed on my Suzuki SV650, special thanks to Jampy00 and FireRiver84.
My question is the License Plate is mounted really far back, and although it looks awesome, just wondering if the Police might not share my enthusiasm.

Any local GTA guys out there with the same Kit, have you had problems with the License Position?

Anyway will get some pics up later tonight.
And again thanks to Jampy00 and FireRiver84, really appreciate you guys taking the time to help someone you just met.

looks sharp! ... and all but eliminates pesky 407ETR charges.
some folks on svrider.com com have this set up and have spoken of their encounters with the local constabulary about it.
enjoy!

"TKTME" on that license plate says it all.

License plate is required to be "unobstructed" and that means by anything, from any angle. If you can pick a viewing angle of the bike in which any part of the bike obstructs even part of the plate, it's not "unobstructed". In that photo, if you pick the angle right, the rear tire, muffler, and passenger peg brackets all have the possibility of at least partially obstructing the plate.

I suspect that it doesn't have the required white illumination, either.

Simply removing the rear fender instantly allows you to be ticketed. By law, you need a fender, the reflectors on it, clearly visible licence plate that is lit up. Looks great, but you might be asking for a fine with a plate like that.
