So you get to your destination, turn the jacket into a backpack, shove your helmet and everything into it, then you STILL have to lug THAT around.. while your friends are all hanging out at the pool in shorts, tshirts and sandals.. stills sucks! lol

You put shorts, tshirt and sandal in the backpocket while you ride and change up when you get there?
You can probably put your bag in one of your friends' vehicules if they dont ride
 
I think this is a really cool idea. I am surprised at how much it doesn't look like a back pack when it is a jacket and vice-versa.
 
+1...I'd be happy with a jacket that turns into a duffle bag. I hate having a big-*** backpack (which is what the helmet would do if I were to carry it around). Not a bad idea, and if you can get decent armour in there, I'd buy it

Think this is an awesome idea. Good luck. And perhaps to appeal to more people look at similar variations other than just a 'backpack'. But I really liked it. The one in the video looked rather flimsy though, what kind of material is it? I might ride squid from time to time but when I wear a coat its because I really want to be sure I have that protection.

And as for the laptop being destroyed.... doesn't your bike insurance cover everything you had on the bike? I would claim it too.

Ummm... if you were going to put your bag and/or jacket in a friend's vehicle then you wouldn't need this product to begin with.

welcome to GTAM! Looks like a very useful product when out at movies, beach, restaurant, etc.
For me, I'll continue to store my gear in my Givi's, though the risk remains that someone may rip the hard cases off the bike.
But I'll have my Kway around my waist just in case it rains. :)
