Cheap or free web hosting

Hey guys, I need some advice. I'm a member of a motorcycle club (vintage) and the guys want me to set up a webb site for the club (I already do one for Lions Club I'm a member of). The club can't afford much so I'm looking for a cheap or free way to do this, can any of you tech guys point me in the right direction?

ipage.com is 3$ a month. Very simple to use and I never had a problem with them. You get "unlimited" everything. What I mean by the quotes is if you start hosting media-intensive websites that exceed the fair usage policy, they will throttle you and contact you in order to bump you up a plan, but I have never had that happen to me while hosting 7 websites on one account.

It is also a Canadian company. Nice to know your money stays here.
You can buy your domain name through them as well, although I use namespro.ca for that.

Or if you are really cheap, you can host a website using Dropbox or Google Drive
