The province won't stop you, but check with each store you plan on visiting. They may not be completely open. I am assuming you want to go in an try on things for fit. I have no idea how a business deals with that right now. It's probably not a big deal, but if the coat you tried on that didn't fit gets identified as a covid vector is GP liable? I have no idea.
