Looking at the flyers for black friday in Canada it seems like there's nothing worth actually getting out of bed early for...
All the sales appear to be "regular" sales, only there's more items on sale than normal. No huge savings.
Canadian tire, they regularly put tools on sale for 75% off so tools aren't a big deal, most of the other stuff is 25-50% off with the odd item that also ends up on deep discount occasionally too.
Future Shop and Best Buy. Nothing special here, maybe one or two items with a deep discount, not high profile items either. Where's the $100 for the $400-$500 tv that they only get 2 or 3 stock on?
