Can you do the bike test on a scooter?

Thanks guys. Its a BWS50 so I guess thats a no. All the bikes I own are track only. No biggie, just got an excuse to buy another bike :D

If it's a family member who's a reasonably good rider, she can borrow my Fizzer, with one stipulation.. She breaks it, you fix it  Insured for another month or so.

And if the 600 is a bit too big for her, my Ninja 250r is available for you to borrow for the test as well. It's a thank you for fixing my Ninja's clutch lever when you dropped off my brother's GSXR.

Slap and jones no not what they talk about!!! Read up on the stipulations, better still wonder down to the testing centre. Always refer to anything over the 50 cc as a motorcycle when dealing with the ministry.

DoubleJ, can you expand on why the information which I have provided (direct from the MTO website) is incorrect?

When I asked the MTO about this last year they said if the rider and vehicle did the highway portion of the test it was a full M. No highway portion then Limited speed only. To do the highway portion you must make highway speed. My Ruckus 50cc and my Kymco 50cc have full m plates and could be used to try.

simply anything over 50cc you can get an M and under 50cc an "L' beside the M.

Forget about all those other stipulations where it can't exceed 70 km/h or dimensions etc... I've never heard anyone checking those otherwise a stocked Super 9 would be considered a motorcycle because it can reach 100 km/h although it's just 50cc.

My MTO is a pain in the $#%. They would not register my Ruckus on a green plate and yes my Kymco Super9 LC does 85kph stock. Pipe, intake and varaitor she screems.
