Can my visiting British friend rent a sport touring motorcycle near the GTA?

Thanks to all for the suggestions. There are a couple of places near Laval QC where he could rent, but I'm going to investigate the options in the US.

Met a guy from UK in Arizona a few years ago. He was touring on a rented Triumph MC so it is doable in the U.S.

EagleRider. most Hardley Movinsons, but they have some Triumphs and BMWs in some locations.
