Buying a project bike without ownership

You shouldn't delay getting an ownership in place.

Copy of bill of sale and statement from previous owner if possible, and a notarized affadavit stating that you are the rightful owner of vehicle with VIN number xxxxxx will do it.

You need the uvip also. Not hard to do, just takes some time to get.
