Are you allowed to finance or purchase a bike with just an M1?

Bought my bike as soon as I finished my msf, I had my m1 when I purchased it and, insured under my name.I didn't pay more because I only had my m1 . This was with melochonnex.

You can. I just bought a bike Friday and I have an M1. I also insured it thru TD. I'm paying $520 for the season. Check then out.
