Hi

I am looking to buy my second bike, I had a ninja 250 before. I recently sat on a Yami R6 and felt it was too overwhelm and the speed is not practical on public roads. I liked my ninja but certainly dont want to buy the same one again. Can someone recommend me a bike either sport or sport-touring, not looking into cruiser/scooter, just want a used street bike in the budget of $4k. Best not the sporty ones like gixer,r6,zx6r,etc

I am thinking to get the suzuki bandit 600, anyone know if they have ever released a naked version here in canada? all I see on kijiji were fairing version.

PS: also saw a 07 zzr600 35k for $4k if anyone is interested, i think is good deal but i have no plan to ride sport bikes :(
 
Did you try the SV650/SV650s? Doesn't have much power, bulletproof engine, FI so you don't have to mess around with carbs, easy on the tires and chain, insurable with any company out there, lots of aftermarket parts available. Also available pretty cheap.

+1 . . just about covers the bikes I was looking at, if cost is not an issue and you have money to blow the Duc Monster or Triumph Street/Speed Tripple
