I discovered that thinkin about something doesn't usually get it done. I used to express my thinking to GF, now I have to do it myself. Guess she started thinkin, hate when that happens.
 
Just a reminder that it's on for tonight. I won't be able to show up (tweaked my back) so somebody better eat 2 burritos to make up for my absence :cool:

I put my cookies in a big big glass (like a beer mug) and fill it up with milk and eat em with a spoon. Yummm.

I wrote that on the nutritional sheet for the new gym I just joined. We worked out the math, a beer mug holds 13 cookies. And it's not good for you :(

Edit: I'm up for BB tonight. Wonder what healthy stuff they have on the menu... hmmm might be having frozen yogurt for dinner :(

I usually try and roll out of KC at 7pm. BB is open till 10pm I think.
