BurgeRR GTA Meetups 2022 - Wednesdays Weekly 7pm

Sorry, wasn't able to make it out to one so far. I should be able to next month.
Hahaha I was busy blowing bubbles for the kids in the backyard, washing them, feeding them and putting them to bed while it rained...so wife was happy I didn't go galivanting with strangers for burgers lol.

do yall ride around for a while and then eat or just eat?

Carbs are just at the edge of being gummed up but I'm looking forward to coming out. Guess I'll roll the dice and see what happens, this is the price I pay for being lazy last weekend.

Ohhh if you moved it to one of the burger places in port credit (ie. Rosies) you'd be able to go to motosocial... its definitely too late to change the date but my brain didnt compute that until now

Anyone coming from the east end, that doesn’t frequent Milton, if you’re coming by Derry road be wary of 3 bad intersections:

James Snow & Derry
Red light camera. 4x4 intersection with two (2) turning lanes Derry onto James snow. Transitions from 80 to 60 right before the intersection. There was a fatality here a few weeks ago.

Thompson & Derry
4x4 intersection, limit is 60 but people still do 80+. Always left turners waiting both directions so visibility is low coming through.

25 & Derry
4x4 intersection similar to Thompson, but the road declines down somewhat steeply right after, and the entrance to Rad brothers is after. So cars tend to pick up speed quickly down the decline and aren’t prepared for slowing right turning vehicles (into the rad bro’s mall) with danger of rear ending.

I’ll see what conditions are like closer to 7pm but I think it will be ok. Conditions seem to be clearing now in Kitchener/Cambridge

Clear in South Caledon / Brampton, at the moment. I'm getting antsy every time I hear a plane overhead, thinking it's thunder.
