i was thinking of heading down to buffalo friday and i was wondering if u guys knew of any good stores for gear/parts. Is it even worth it to buy down there? Thank you in advance
 
You want to blow through fifty bucks on gas and the better part of a day to save a few dollars? Why not spend your cash here and support our local shops? There are plenty of good deals to be had if you shop carefully.

When our local guys go down, we'll all be poorer.
 
I agree, support local store if all possible. But on the other hand, US store does have pretty good prices. I too also want to know if there are any good stores in the Buffalo area, for the sake of knowing :D

You can save hundreds by buying from us dealers.

I don't think the OP is purposely going to Buffalo to get cheap gear/parts. He's probably there for other reasons and think it might be worthwhile to swing by stores while he's at it...but I could be wrong...
 
Are the prices on items like helmets or even one piece leather suits significantly cheaper in Buffalo? Enough to justify a trip from Toronto?
 
For me personally, I never make the trip to Buffalo just to buy something... I usually head down to Fallsview and swing by CBIUSA to pick up stuff I bought for significantly cheaper prices. I've saved over $200 on a A* leather jacket.

bike shops in buffalo are not significantly cheaper, expecially if you have to pay duty on top of the items.

i live a few minutes from NF, NY, and i will order online and ship it to my mailbox there.
 
I use to get my Shoei helemts and tires throught the USof A, as it was signifigant difference in price, until I price out from Petes SUperbikes, a shoei X12, can be had from Petes Superbikes for the same price from the US of A same goes for tires too.
