True, no country on earth has matched Canada, 20% of GDP. The USA is close, however they are also 50% more productive (GDP/capital) so their capacity to pull up is substantially greater than Canada.
No amount of perfume can make the sting of burning cash smell good.

Not from Alberta, but it looks like they do not exist in the Budget despite all the setbacks in the Energy sector and lack of fight from Ottawa.
All budget pandering is sprinkled (focused) on the PQ and the select key GTA areas of Liberal party support.

That doesnt work anymore. They spent all their money and have no viable path forward.
