damn that temp dropped quick - got every layer but my rain pants on and it's down to 11.

Treacherous temps this time of year.

Saw couple other bikes out earlier.

Cooped up at Timmies in Erin warming up with tea and a bagel.

Blood is thin from Australia I guess.. Got get used to it for some of the places I want to go this year.

Anyone else out on a late night cruise??

It was a bit chilly that I didn't mind too much...it was the wind that really caught me off guard. Was gonna go for a joy ride longer but I was getting tossed around in the highway even tucked in.

Yea it was downright stuffy during the day but I had my jacket on when I went for a smoke just now. Temperature swing is probably what made me sick. That and riding home in the rain fri night.

Went out at 7 got home at 9...temp dropped probably 5 degrees in that time but the wind felt colder than that. Glad I got home when I did!

You guys are lucky. I have access to a friend's Supermoto this week but couldn't even ride. Temps dipped below 0* up north :(

Just got in at 2.30 - hung around Tims for a bit then zig zagged home.

That wind was wicked and worst coming across Steels to 9th line - made my face numb. Didn't bother the bike but was just a solid cold pressure. They said 25-35k tonight.

I avoided most of it by staying on the sheltered roads on the way up. Little bit of hypothermia but not much - guess I better keep the poly long johns around for a bit longer.....wish I had them tonight.

Never got below 11 but sometimes I suspect the outside temp gauge is on the warm side but it says 11 for Orangeville where I was so guess it's okay.

My '05 Concours is comfortable to -10, after that, I need neck warmers and long underwear, that sort of thing. Amazing fairing for such an old POS.

It wasn't that bad...

I've driven in below freezing many times, and the only real problem I face is my manhood becoming a little chilled.

Could be because I'm young though... or that I grew up in a cold climate.

lol - I guess so.. I started riding early spring and it was 3c or 4c in the mornings and about 10-12c in the afternoons on the way home ;-)

I was out at Oshawa grabbing a photo tag around 10pm and wow was it freaking cold. I was hugging the bike to get as warm as I could as I was riding home.. the only down side was the wind on the highway was really making the ride feel unstable...

Heading down to 9 tonight- getting out the colder weather gear for sure - in the mood to ride a bit but that's daunting.

I remember when riding until the end of December then again this february thinking yay, it's over 3c it's warm! so 11 sounds nice and cozy :)

Better gear tonight- tea break at Timmies in Arthur - lovely night - not much wind and warmer 14 or so.
I'll put on my next layer and star gaze a bit at the flying field. Not many bikes out tonight.
Weekend looks real good. Go for ride to Niagara with kid and see if we can see the tight rope walk.
