Brake Flasher legal or illegal?

I have an Admore lightbar on the back of my bike. It flashes for the first second, then stays solid. I've never had any problems with LEO's.

I spent $10 on waterproof LEDs and spliced them into my brake wire and they add a ton of visibility when I'm braking
