BMW service/shop?

Any idea where the OBDLink can be got from, which model and what is the cost?

I believe the R9T has the round BMW service connector. ODB2 blue tooth scanners use the standard rectangular connector that has been in cars since at least the late 90's. You would require a converter cable that connects the two different interfaces. The newer BMW wethead models now come with the standard ODB2 connector. The manufacturer of the GS911 made an adapter cable so the GS911 can be used on the ODB2 connection. It should work for an ODB2 scanner. But the cable would be reversed. Search for a" HEX Code 10 Pin to OBD Male Adapter for GS-911"
Twisted throttle has them listed on their site.

You can purchase the OBD Link MX or Lx on Amazon

DO NOT get a fake one from China, it will not work as you need to be able to send long characters to do the reset or other service applications like cycling the ABS pump etc.

You will need Motoscan Professional level to do the reset.

If you bike is newer than 2017 you just need the OBD2 Link, if older you also need the connecting cable.
