To me it looks like the seat is included. Pegs and a cowl to cover the seat are add-ons. It's not very clear though.
Nope, the seat is not included. Just a plastic thingy instead.
You can add a seat + pegs for $140, and then you can add another plastic thingy for another $140 to put over the pillion seat to make it look like you don't have a pillion seat. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I could, but then I'd really have to sleep under a bridge.
I know its a BMW but damn, seems all motorcycle prices are just sky rocketing. 600's are still decent at around $12.5K but anything around 1000cc territory is 25K plus.
