Two café kits to. TU250X and 1988-2007 EX250 Ninja. Looking at the TU250X kit. Looks decent for $780 US for a basic kit. No frame cutting required.

I like this one. Not the colour but styles not bad. I don't like side mount brake lights.

The Ninja 250/300/500 motors are so damn ugly.
Rest of that kit looks decent though, if you want something different than the basic Ninja 250.
