blackberry 10

This stupid PPI race is like megapixels in cameras.
Actually you're wrong. The ppi is important. The LG G3 records in 4k and the pixel density makes everything look so much better. Not sure if you have actually seen the G3 yet, but if not give it a go, you'll change your mind, by far the best phone on the market today.

This is a real useful dick size battle for those who want a keyboard. Uh, I mean those who don't want a keyboard. Uh, I mean... nope, not a useful comparison at all.

That it may be a whole lot better at getting s*** done completely escapes you and your precious girls in leggings, and BB is totally fine with that. If it doesn't sell, that's fine too. Their survival isn't in the balance for this one phone. Let the chips fall where they may (unless there's an opportunity to be a spec sheet ninny, then rage on, kid!)
LOL is that guy still flapping his gums? I've had him on my ignore list for years... I only have to see his useless posts when somebody quotes him.. So I'd appreciate it if you'd all stop that LOL

Anybody have a Coupon Code for use on the BB site?

Guess the price point worked for the Passport, sold out on BlackBerry site, as well as amazon.com.

Not a home run, but not the flop people thought. Really enterprise and business oriented, not many positive consumer reviews.

Not dead yet.

Polarizing and a design that makes no apologies.

That's my kind of style.

I'm gonna guess they shipped a minimal number of units and that's why its already sold out.

Also I don't understand why they didn't make it .2" taller and put the space bar under the keyboard. If you're gonna compromise so much on the form factor, might as well do it right.

the new BlackBerry Blend software looks promising.

True cross platform connectivity with your BB to your iPad, Macbook, Windows desktop, or Android tablet. Seamlessly, transfer files, get all your bbm's, texts, calendar access, files, contacts, emails, etc. etc. Start an email or text conversation on your BB, and finish it off on your desktop.

For those of us that don't want to be locked down to the nonsense of only one platform, its nice to know I can tie my BlackBerry to my home and office desktop PC's, and to my MacBook and iPad.

Brilliant!

Finally I can connect my blackberry to other devices... it truly is 2006.

 innovation, baby... BlackBerry is back!

Actually, they sold over 200,000 online alone on those 2 websites that day. No word yet on retail sales, but I'd suspect nothing mentionable yet as it hasn't really launched. So far only Telus has the green light to sell. Bell, Rogers and most other countries come online Oct 1st.

Good numbers all things considered in my opinion. Personally I'm still a hold out. I love the device but it's too big for me. Hoping there's a smaller version of the same sooner then later.

I dont think you will see a smaller version of the passport. Its size is kinda one of its features. But you might see some of its design future in future more standard sized phones.

Too bad the blend does not work with older phones . I tried it with my Z30 and it does not work . It says I need a higher firmware.

I think you'll have to wait for 10.3.

What I mean is a standard size phone with that small 3 row touch enabled keyboard. I agree it wouldn't be touted as a small passport, the passport is the passport because it's the size of a passport.

10.3 is skipping in market devices actually. You're waiting for 10.3.1 which should be sometime in November. And yes, blend will work with all current devices at that point.

What you're waiting for is the Visa or Victoria
