MTC clutch????? I think we will have to see if joe's show the clutch he's running, because MTC doesn't have a clutch for the BMW S1000RR yet (if anybody can find it send me a link, looked for a couple hours!!! Keeping this as fair as it can be)?, the only one I've seen is the one from hayes and that one is a slider clutch!!!( That's not allowed in this class )!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And can't say that ur using it as a lockup!!! It's a slider clutch and that's the bottom line!!!!!!:thefinger:
 
just for your information the clutch we are running was a one off clutch system custom made for Jerry the owner of the bike because at the time no one had a clutch for the BMW. If you wanna see the clutch you can protest the bike at the race it will only cost you $300 bucks i think it will be money well spent Titty
 
Hey princess just making it fair for all the newbe's coming out!!! Never trust what u say ever!!!! Hey, and I thought it was 230 to protest it???And I bet that if I get all the guys together and pull together it will happen so be ready to show!!!!
 
As long as its a hand clutch, it's legal according to the rules

So if it is lever operated , it's good to go
 
Thank you Mike finally someone with a brain and just so you know TITTY Jerry the owner of the bike rides it everyday and was street racing the bike on a weekly basis if it had a slider it would be pretty hard to cruzearound town .....dont you think?
 
And if this little 1000 is putting such fear in you then you better change your diaper and stay home cause obviously racing and being competitive is not for you......hence the reason i call you the friday night hero
 
And the hayes can be use as a slider, lock up and full lock up!! And mike the hayes slider can be hand clutch too in slider mode that's why u can drive it back after the run!!!

Sorry, the rules specify no sliders. Nothing about whether it has a lever or not. Joes running the series, there is an expectation on him to set an example. He should be the last person to be playing protest games. No reason that can't be spot checked with no protest. That's what other series do. If people don't have confidence in the integrity of the rules, it's going to be a field of one.
 
And joe your friends bike is what it is ( you can't bring your own ), you and that bike never scared me one bit, because I know who's riding it!! And bring it anytime!!! I have beat u so many time I lost count, so suck it up princess!!! :lmao:
