its all part of harpers grand plan to privatize the prisons and fill them with nonviolent drug offenders and put them to work for pennies an hour its a win/win situation for little steven and his cronies its a great day for Canadians well at least the top 1% wealth wise

I was largely curious what other people thought about it and if there is outrage or if people just dont care. Im not even in the country for another week so even if i wanted to do something im limited until at least then
