Why people insist on providing evidence against themselves, I will never understand.
All of us old guys knew exactly who he was and why he was there, and gave him nothing or something which would get him riled up a bit but no specifics at all... you know... "Man, it sure didn't take long to get here today!" Cop: "Oh yeah, where were you... what was your top speed?" "Oh, we don't speed, we were just talking about how light traffic was." Chuckles all around... SuperCop looking annoyed..
Was the video even evidence, though? Cops knew that guy on bike X had clearly done all the things in the video, but they didn't know who the guy was. The video itself doesn't provide any clues to his identity, it was only because he submitted it to a third party in a way that was apparently not anonymous.

He probably made the second common mistake ... talking to the cops when they came knocking.
"No, I don't know what you are talking about."
"No, I do not wish to answer any questions."
"If I am not being placed under arrest, please leave my premises."
