If I had the choice to be riding, and going for ice cream, or hanging at this meet, I choose riding. But as stated, both boys were hanging with me and thought it may be fun to take them to. Ultimately, I'm glad we decided to play in the sprinkler. Controlled environment stunting is one thing. Guys doing random
$#!+ in the lot, is a different beast. And would not want to subject my kids to any possible danger or shenanigans should something go amiss.

My intentions in this thread was to say... dont go to a posefest and complain afterwards about said posefest thats it ...oh and poke matthew a little bit with the chicken strip ummm penis size contest. Then I get pinecone boycalling me fat and challenging me to race Lmao. Then I got Mr. Cant take a corner unless I lean off the bike track guru. You guys are hilarious and thx for the entertainment. In all honesty, the event had a great turn out, but just wasn't my kind of scene. I'm just shocked at the amount of guys and gals who ride squid or with D-vests, bang off their limiters (so many that it got really annoying) and the guy who attempted a burn out, lurched forward and went splat was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately the new riders on their small displacement bikes copy these people and their ignorant behavior. I couldn't fathom how crappy it would be to crash with short shorts on, a tank top and a half lid, while hammering a liter bike around town...

Also, the amount of pipes cut off (cat and muffler removed), with nothing on the end... Well that increases sound, not power. Perfect for bouncing off the limiter, destroying the bike slowly but surely. Unfortunate when it's done on a brand new 20 thousand dollar bike.

I don't know, I'm just not into the whole penis size contest, I'm confident with myself. I'd rather just ride my 30 or so clicks a season and enjoy the roads, good times with friends, great food and all the scenery. Am I gods gift to riding? Hell no, my last name isn't Rossi or Marquez and neither is yours! Those guys don't ride in the yellow group, they are professionals. I'm sure you'll see me around and if you really, really want to continue to play the penis contest (or be a D-bag as per usual), you can challenge me to a race, tickle fight, thumb war and a game of chess. I'll let you win them all so you can tell everyone on the internet how much better you are and that I'm a big meany for pointing out a mass amount of ignorant behavior. By all means, it wasn't all bad there. Unfortunately the bad apples spoil it for those that wanted to go see friends, listen to some tunes, check out some bikes, etc.

Apparently I rode past Roomie though, pretty cool that he was able to spot my bike without having seen or met me before. Glad she's pretty enough to stand out :)

New Metzler's, about 400km ish on them. Need to do a fun ride to scrub them good. Haven't have the time to ride the last few weeks unfortunately.

Why do you feel the need the prove something to people? You just said you hated that about bike meets. I guess as long as you can do it on the internet maybe its different? I dont think you realize how hypocritical your first post is. Lol

Numnuts you sure your eyes are not playing tricks on you or are you confused from the heat with the other pics in this thread....I know exactly what tires I am running bridgestone bt16. I will agree oh man this thread everyone is a expert let me get butter for my popcorn.

The heat and all the pics... hero guy posted pics of his Metzelers and then you commented after posting pics of BT-16s.. haha either way, I had Doritos instead of popcorn haha. Have to agree any bike I rode with BT-16s felt sketchy haha. I'm surprised there are 5 pages of tire posts instead of even pics of the flat spots, chickenstrips etc.. or hell even the blocko itself.
