Bike Shop in Milton - "Ace Moto Tech" - Customer Recommendation

Do they respond to emails? I emailed about a service but never heard back =\.

Do they order/install parts? I have a few I want for a new bike I just picked up.
Yes they order parts and install them ..your best bet would be to call them as they are super busy

1+ on Ace. Hes a great guy, super awesome service. Cant say more than that. Hes definitely going to be the only guy working on my bike!

My best experience to date with a mechanic has been with Adrian at Ace Moto Tech. He is detailed, friendly and takes the time to show you his work. Prices are very competitive. Had new tires put on and an oil change. He is my new go to motorcycle mechanic!

Adrian looked after the transmission on my Street Triple over the winter. Great service and the shift issue is all cleared up. I'm very happy to have someone local who I can trust with my bikes.

Just had tires installed. Great job!!! Great price on tires + install. Much less than the quotes I got. Took great care of my bike. Treated it like it was his own. I would recommend ACE any time.

Thanks Adrian

Adrian at Ace Moto Tech - Customer review.

2016 is my 23rd year of riding. During this time I've had my bike serviced by all kinds of dealers and mechanics, both big and small. I have had so many bad experiences - so much so that I learned how to do most work on my own to avoid them. My biggest challenge with motorcycle ownership had been finding someone to service it who is competent, honest and priced fair.

I met in Adrian from Ace Moto Tech in Milton in November of 2015. Since this time he has impressed me with his knowledge, attention to detail and mechanical ability. To date Adrian has certified two of my motorcycles and done a tire change - in each circumstance I came away impressed. I have also watched him take the time to help others: most recently a brand new rider who bought one of my motorcycles. Adrian made time for the new rider despite his busy schedule. His honesty and professionalism were exceptional.

In addition to the above, Adrian has the cheapest prices for oil and tires I have found in the GTA (I recently bought some Motul and got quoted for a set of Dunlop Q3's) If you are frustrated with the service you have been getting from others I highly recommend you giving Adrian a try.

I ended up taking my new bike to Ace Moto Tech after reading the positive reviews here, and I was not disappointed.

There isn't much to say that hasn't been said, but this was my experience: very friendly, very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why, easy to contact via text (I hate phone calls), and quick to get the bike in/out.

The guy seems to care about what he is doing, and is a no-nonsense guy. My bike only needed a certification and a fender eliminator ordered, but I'll be taking my business when possible again.

Just back from another great visit at Adrian's. Great customer service, went over everything again and bike finished when promised. Thanks...

Had to get tires replaced. Checked pricing on Pete's

Called 2-3 places and he had a decent price when comparing shipping and what so i went with him.

Dropped it off at noon, he told me 2 hours tops.
Turned out well since i wanted to grab lunch.

Had me some shoeless joes and came back prolly 1.5 hour later, and the bike was coming off the stands. Had a good chat with him, great guy!

Will go back for the bigger items for sure :)

How much does he charge for safety certificate? Before this shop came up I had seen Rosey Toes being mentioned on GTAM a lot. Is it a tough battle between the two??

I'm pretty sure you can't say Ace Moto Tech and Rosey Toes in the same sentence. It would be really funny to show a side by side photo of both shops to give you a taste.
Ted is great for easy safeties and patching tires, I think he lost the fire over the years.
Adrian is a bona fide professional.

Have been looking for a good bike mechanic, as I just started riding this year. Have been to 3 different places before ACE, where service was always rude, rushed, and overpriced. Adrian and Marta were fantastic from the very beginning - they're not mechanics, they're friends who want to ensure you know your bike and are safe and comfortable riding it. They went above and beyond what I brought the bike in for, and helped educate me on things I was new to.

No question, I'm a client for as long as they're around. Prices and service are top notch - but it's the experience that really won me over.

Was looking for a good deal on tires, and stumbled across an ad on Kijiji for a good deal on Dunlop Q3's. When I looked at the seller, it turns out to be Ace Moto Tech who I haven't gotten a service from in over 4 years. What can I say, as soon as I messaged Adrian, he still remembered the time when we picked up and inspected my first bike together! After 4 years he still remembered. That's who Adrian is, a stand up guy who gives the competitive prices combined with amazing service and customer satisfaction that I've ever experienced. Go to him, you'll regret it if you don't.

I had a nail I found in my tire and needed to get it done asap for safety reasons and I called Adrian to see if he had my tire and could do it for me. I was in and out of his shop quickly and his service was phenomenal and very professional. He takes pride in his work and will definitely be back for other needs on my bike other than tire work! Very happy over all

As always, Adrian is my go-to guy when it comes to bikes. He replaced both tires for my Daytona back in the spring:

As always, shop is kept clean, and the jobs are always done in a timely manner!

My Daytona on my previous post has since been stolen. Fast forward a month later, I picked up my new baby (RSV4) and the first stop would be at Adrian's for a suspension adjustment:
