You mean the engine was running when others were sizing them up? There is a second lesson to learn if that was the case....never let anyone near the bike when it's running.

Just as in love, there is only one "first time" for dropping your bike.
My first time with my current ride, I was parked in a lot that was all sand. I took the bike off the stand and just lost it.
Being all sand, there was no damage.
