First time poster, but long time lurker! I haven't had much to add, but I figured this might be helpful.
For my bike detailing, I sometimes do it myself, but I also use a mobile detailing guy named Dale who operates as Precision Detail. He comes to my house and does a good job. I was a little scared when I first let him detail my Ducati, but he did a good job and reasonable price. He also now does my Dad's Harley and my wife's Ninja. You can reach him at 647-206-3253.
Anyway, I hope to contribute more on the board and possibly hook up with some of the members for group rides. Cheers.
would you pay to have someone else do a detail cleaning of your bike?
What's a good price range for: cleaning/wax and polish, rim cleaning,
chain cleaning and lube plus detail jobs on the nooks and crannies...
I'd say a good 2-3 hour job.
Let's take a sport bike as an example?
You guys should try Crazy Chrome, those guys are amazing. They have a yearly membership package that i just customized for my bike and so far no problems. I bought a 4 detailing package and storage package at a deal. For this season i can bring in my bike anytime for the detail and when it comes to winter storage, i already have a spot reserved for me.
