big poppas purely hypothetical window shopping thread

I'm sure there's a market for a middle aged, bald, slightly overweight male to have an OF...

Not sure how my wife will feel about it...but if she sees the cash rolling in, I'm sure she'll approve.
Feet Finder :sneaky:

Ok ballers or riders with 2 bikes. What do you do for battery tender, 1 tender split (dunno if that is a thing), or 2 tenders?

1 tender, swap it every tuesday(easy to remember, its when the wow servers reset)

I've got a splitter but not quite sure how the tender could monitor voltages on both bikes. Used it last year with no ill effects and doing it again this year.

I figure as long as both batteries are "full" when I connect it, it won't cause any issue (my fear is that if I connect the splitter to 1 full battery and 1 dead, it'll possibly charge the full one past full while getting the dead one to full ... if that's possible??).

Is the splitter something smart or dumb? Theoretically, you can just put a bunch of batteries in parallel (that is probably what your splitter does) and use a smart charger to keep them all happy. That only works if they are similar condition though. Start mixing and things can go very wrong.

Dumb. It's literally just a splitter cable connected to my Battery Tender Jr. Light eventually goes solid green on it.

3 batteries. I pull them out, and put them in the basement.

Over the course of the winter, I'll put each on a tender for a few hours. They only dissipate something like 1% a month.

Same here. If it comes out easy it goes in the basement and gets a top-up on the charger every couple months. If it doesn't come out easy it gets topped up once a month cycling the charger.
