Still have yet to hear anything good about their service and sales from personal friends. I've seen a bill of sale that had so many admin charges on it they made back what they "discounted" the bike price for and them some. I'll never set foot in there.
On the contrary.
I bought my 4th bike in 8 yrs from them a month ago.
I paid exactly what I was willing to pay. (lower than advertised)
No admin, or freight. Just HST & $10 for the plate transfer.
Thousands lower than the next place.
They gave me 2yrs extra warranty for 3yrs total.
They gave me my 1st service for free. (it's done)
They put $60 gas in my truck.
I've yet to have a bad experience with them.

SON and Richmond Hill Suzuki (known as 407-Yonge Suzuki) are under the same owner. As I have stated in another thread, SON is Canada's largest volume motorcycle dealer for sales. You don't go to McDonalds for great food, and you don't go to SON for great customer relations. You go because they are cheaper than any other and have the item you want in stock, now. Does this mean you might have to double check the pdi after you pick up your bike? yes. does this mean you may have to go to another dealer for service that you cannot do yourself? yes.
would I check a bike over that i bought at a reputable low volume dealer to make sure the pdi was done properly? yes.
so I put up with the attitude at SON (of which I have never had because I know a salesman there) check the bike over after I have bought it and save myself, in a couple cases, over $1000 on the purchase.
