Conti Road Attack, PR2, and 023...These are the touring tires I have run.
The Conti was the sportiest feeling of the bunch, but wore out the quickest (11K on rear to wear bars)
The PR2 was good, but developed vibration at lean, like every Michelin I have run in the past 10 yrs. They tend to scallop on the front and then ride badly. When new they worked well in the wet, but half worn or more, they become junk.
The 023 is the slowest turning of the 3, but very stable, with hypersport tire levels of grip on dry at maximum lean angles. I could trackday on them I bet. However, their wet grip is on par with the COnti, but not as good as the PR2 when new. But the 023 seems to have the same wet feel even now with 14,K on them as they did new, whereas the PR2's wet feel wore off at half tread depth.
of the three, I like the 023 the best, becasue it is the most predicatble, longest wearing, and when dry, I can and do ride on them like a damn fool
