So I am in the market for a 60" TV and trying to find the best deal, Looking to keep it under $1000 and wondering if anyone has any decent deals that they know about or best places to look let me know.

Well they start at about $1200.
I'm just seeing if anyone knows anywhere trying to clear out for christmas stock, If not I am sure I can find one around christmas time.

Not ones that are any good. You're going to have to spend at least twice that for a good quality, good looking 60" tv.
If $1000 is your finite budget, get something smaller with a good quality brand.

I could see 720p going for under a grand, but not 1080p

No good quality brand even makes a 720p set anymore, let alone a 60" one. A 60" 720p would look like ****.
Well Future shop has a 1080P LED 60" on sale right now for I think it was $1249.....
They had a 50" LCD 1080P for $500 last week.....
Prices are dropping like flies for these TV's

Plasma's are dirt cheap but I have a huge window right beside where it is going and plasma will be garbage there with the reflections

It's tough to find 60" for $1000. 55" is more doable.
I believe the above 60" was on for a $1000 last week.
Costco has an 55" LG 3D LED TV for $1250 which is a great deal IMO.

I bought a 60" there a month ago. LG plasma with Smart TV and 3D capable.
Little more than a grand, but I have NO complaints.

If you actually go to DELL's website the prices are lower.
The 55" is $1000. One can possibly try and Price Match with Best Buy or Futureshop who have it on for $1300. So can get that 55" TV for $970 possibly. Not a bad deal at all for a 55" 3D LED TV!
