Bent/warped rotor signs?

on cars at least, fixing rotors isn't usually worth it since its a cheap part... unless its cross drilled and/or slotted.

are bike rotors expensive or something? is it suggested to change rotors and brakes at the same time like in cars?

When I priced it out, the 3 rotors for my VFR were $650-700 (galfer brand). That was without pads.

You only change your rotors if they are seriously warped or have been used to hell and back. They las quite a while. I have gone through a set and a half of pads and my OEM rotors show very little to no wear.
