Being followed

Clever. :)

Just curious about any legal aspects as I'm particularly weak in that area.
Say your toodling down a quiet country road enjoying the scenery and a guy on loud raunchy bike comes up behind you,

Your thread implied you took the picture...so now your the rider ?

Wanted honest opinions. Laid the scene out as it happened. Wrote the classic "your" instead of "you're" My bad. You're isn't me it's you.

Have you considered a life-and career coach :D elwoopdowd has lot of spare time now that he got canned....

Whats "the 5%"? Are the 1%ers expanding :D

That is not somethng I would do, it could easily land you in the hospital, taking pictures is akin to a snitch...and if he was associated with the 5% you better worry.

Bingo! That's exactly how I felt. I was the rider. Thank you.

Bingo ! thanks for admitting you crossed a double yellow and pinned it.... I was beginning to think everyone was Holier than Thou.

today i almost hit some people on bicycles, out on the country roads it was really close... maybe a few more inches and i could have slapped the back of his/her head.. Its not like me to miss

If you were the rider, you did nothing wrong, unless you uttered threats, etc.

The driver broke the distracted driving law by handling a his camera while driving

So if someones being a tool and points a gun at you taking a picture would land you a fine?I did read the link and agree that there are no provisions other than calling 911.
There was an instance in Windsor where someone did snap a pic while staring down the barrel of a gun while driving side by side.I don't know if he was fined or not but they did get the guy pointing the gun, read it in the paper.I wonder how it would play out?

I would hope cops would use their discretion.

wow! that was the climax of this movie, I must say!

Did you go out of your way to follow the car, or just happened to be going the same way?

It was bizarre how he headed almost exactly where I needed to go within about 5kms from my place. I gave him an exaggerated wave as I split off. I'm glad how it worked out. I got my chance to say to him what I needed to say and I could tell he regretted taking the picture. He thought he had a freebee but was ultimately intimidated. Also, I wouldn't do it again. No need.

You intimidated him, but he still posted the pic on the Internet.
