Unless your older and have had your lisence for years i find that TD stinks for insurance. Wanted 3500 for my first year on my ninja 300, got it for 1600 with others.

Yea I could definitely get better than this.. Just thought it was funny.. They even mailed me the quote and outlined the steps to start this policy

coles notes:
We don't want to insure you, go somewhere else.

No complaints on my end from them at all. $1750/year 2012 zx6r full coverage.

Im sure OP can find better out there, but yeah, thats why im waiting till over 30, full M, and a few years of experience before i take the Supersport plunge

TD quoted me over $4000 for my VTX1300. Ended up with Dalton Timmis for $500.

Yeah, not impressed with TD.

This is what annoys me about quotes like this from them - they play it straight and act like it's a reasonable price. Especially if you're on the phone with them for one reason or another

I checked at Dalton Timmis this year because TD went from the best deal in town to stupid. The fella at DT told me TD used loss leader rates to build customer base vexing DT. Ultimately DT didn't work for me so went with Union Power. Best deal in town. I wonder what game they're playing?

That doesn't seem right. I have an 09 gsxr 600, 26, 1 accident, 1 speeding and I'm at just over 2k a year.

Who are you with? And how long have you been insured? I've been riding since I was a kid but only dirt bikes and have only been insured for one year

Either of those received during this years insurance coverage period...ie after the policy was written?
