I just wanted to update this post.
Carmine contacted me and offered to make things right and if he does I will surely state whatever he does for me here. His attention was brought to this review much later than this happened which is why the delayed response from him.
He seems really nice and is the owner of this shop. He stated Chris has been fired for using the shop to do his own side business.
I will amend this post as soon as something happens.

business owners really must realise the power of the internet and word of mouth can do about your reputation. Customer service and integrity are important to me more than "a cheap price"

I've had a horrible experience there as well. Story in short. Had a little accident, was cut off by a car and laid my bike down. Didn't look like too much damage. Anyways, went through insurance and got them to pick up my bike for repair. Called them after two weeks to get an update on my bike. Was told they were waiting for parts to come in and will call me when they arrive and bike is fixed. Didn't hear from them. Called back after another two weeks. Said they didn't get the money from the insurance company and had no money to pay for the parts and asked me to front the money first. (Ridiculous to even ask me in the first place.). Told them no, so Chris tells me to call the insurance company for them to send the money. Told them that's not my job an he should e the one dealing with this. After numerous calls and delays, finally got my bike back after 2+ months. They were also rude and unapologetic when I went to pick up the bike. Definitely will never, ever go or recommend anyone to go there again.
