Any trails in Barrie area..? And what is needed ? And where do I get a permit?

I know a few around Barrie, mostly innisfil.
All private land but I've never had an issue.

No, you have to join the OFTR. http://www.oftr.ca/page.php?id=312

I think so, on the oftr website it explains how to go about getting the permit, I haven't got mine yet this year so I haven't set up a account yet and seen the new account system they introduced this year.
