Kerosene gets the dirt and old lube off the chain without damaging the o-rings, and it's cheap.. or you can buy some more expensive chain cleaner from royal that does the same thing.

I agree. Based on the weather I'm seeing out my living room window, I'll give it another hour or so, before I call it, but it looks like Royal's Bike Night in Innsifil will be cancelled tonight.
