Barrie and area

Should be out assuming IBM gets to the office early enough to replace my motherboard.

Fun fact: I've had my new work laptop 13 days and I'm getting my 3rd motherboard.

Fun fact: gay porn destroys motherboards ;).

Well it's not raining here at the moment.. but it is pretty miserable out..

I know a few people have posted that they would be out this week, and I hate to see people show up to empty parking lot. So if you are still planing to make an appearance I'll be out as-well. If you've decided not to go, I appreciate you speaking up.. rbjeepthing? ignited? Anyone else?

Thanks for thinking of us and saying you would be there but i'm out. I have been following this thread and weather all day and have to say it's just not worth the 60 min ride there and back in the rain...maybe next week?

Is anyone going? Environment Canada said no rain until later. I have to be in Barrie for something and will show up when I'm done (not sure when as I don't know when it will be over). If people are there, great, if not, then no big deal.

Alright, I guess we're going to call it for tonight, that seems to be the general consensus! Hopefully better luck next week!

I'm headed over after lunch tomorrow on my way back from the city! May be time for a new helmet.

Stay away from the HJC helmets. I bought one for cheap at the show in January, and I'm pretty unhappy with it. The screws have fallen out multiple times, the visor scratches very easily and there's tons of wind noise (more than usual for a modular). The visor inserts for this helmet aren't available anymore, even though the model was not end-of-life (still isn't). Even visor itself is difficult to get replacements. Royal had them on back order for over a month, then sold it when I didn't pick it up within a few days. I really liked my KBC modular, but they don't seem to be selling helmets anymore.

I on the other hand love the HJC helmets, there fairly light, quite and fit well.
They are my first choice when trying in helmets.

2nd that HJC RPHA10 I have has been the best helmet I have owned ever. I have previously owned Arai, Other HJC models and KBC. My only complaint as with every helmet I have previously owned has been noise but the HJC RPHA10 is on the better side of that complaint.
