Barrie and area

Yup, been putting off my repairs all winter.. time to stop procrastinating or the snow will be gone and my bike won't be ready..

Finished everything about a month ago. The Ninja has been shimmed and the KLR got most of her fluids replaced, and the carb adjusted. I took the KLR out with my buddy last Wednesday and tested out the new camera mounts as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GUXboDcvWk&list=UUDCHHWWZYZBJyxtpiE3hvXA&index=1&feature=plcp The roads were pretty sandy, so you can see me using my "Frightened Grandma" cornering techniques in a few places.

Can't wait to try the camera + mounts off road.
 
Just ordered new mirrors, new brake pedal and a set of PR3's!
 
What camera are you using? Lots of vibration, maybe a insulated mount may help a bit.

I'm meeting up with a friend in Barrie for 3pm so there might not be enough time to sleep off a hangover and see the show.

I got bored with my 14 cause there was no other bike in Barrie that could keep up on a high speed ride and I was too slow in the corners to keep up with the 1000's and 600's

It's the GoPro mounted on my front fender. The helmet setup is a lot more stable, but that cam wasn't running at the time. Still learning how to use em ;)

Yeah that road was quite brutal, even compared to other roads in the area. After the point where I passed the BMW, I was sliding out the rear tire a bit around the corners. So the fun factor is there if you want it :)
