Just throwing it up in the air but CNE closes in less than a week. Any interest in having a meet there?
There was a meet there on Monday you missed it.

Same goes for Nova Scotia, got pulled over after drinking quite a bit, she told me my headlights were off, was having trouble finding the switch, she turned them on for me, and said to have a good night and drive safe![]()
I am just guessing, but I don't think Beaver Tails at the Food Building was what Jinni had in mind when she conceptualized AYTB.
Maybe you and McDonalds guy should check out the Deaden Your Culinary Senses (DYCS) Group Ride / Meet Up thread. ****** vests welcome!
Haha we dont discriminate food! As for the beaver tails can someone please get me a medium rare tail from an extra fat beaver? Thanks!
nobody is hating, we are only laughing at the fact that you really believed they came from an actual beaver! :lmao:Haters gonna hate !!!!!

They are german inspired place with like 40 beers on tap, and they specialize in gourmet sausages. they have all kinds of game meet like kangaroo, venison, buffalo, wild boar, lamb, rabbit, wild fowl, and your traditional bratwurst, italian and so on. Its a nice atmosphere with huge tables and bike parking right in front =) definitely worth checking out. juss saying. Their fries are to die for.

It's really good but I didn't appreciate the 20% gratuity charge automatically added to the bill last time I was there.
Also at yonge and eg is a place called grazie, for really good Italian, close by is an even better one, la vecchia, but I don't think they could accommodate a large group.
I worked in the area and in the same industry so I understand the costs and charges and have some times not paid them, due to knowing some of them personally

Gratitude is what pays the bills most restaurant/bar pay the minimum and require you to pay a percentage of your tip to the house / kitchen / clean up crew / etc.
While it is bad to make it mandatory, some restaurant like to force the "tip" on tables of 8 or more people since it will require more of the servers time to look after everyone.
Yes I have walked out of places without tipping and have explained why to the person serving me.
I worked at a restaurant where a person was assign 10plus tables and expected to make everyone happy, so I don't like getting bad service when they are looking after 2 or 3 tables. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but expect fair treatment and service.
Apparently in Canada you are supposed to tip for almost everything that is a type of service, from a haircut to a blowjob!
I tip because when I was in school those tips helped me more than the 7bucks an hour I was making and no I was not provided breaks or all that fancy stuff other jobs get. But I tried hard to earn my money and was none stop from 6pm to 4am.
Now not all bars and restaurants are the same but that's my side of the story
