Their site states that from now on they are twistedthrottle.ca....what's up with that? Just bought a bunch of stuff off their site and great service but noticed credit card got charged by twistedthrottle. I guess they were just a reseller for TT?
 
Just received an internet order from them, amazing service as they called to confirm and shipped the same day
 
Yes my understanding is that they have "joined forces" so to speak.

I expect the service to remain good and it is always nice if you are in the KW area to just pick up the item at the store.
 
Ya I think that they're a TT reseller which makes sense for the invoice being from them on the credit card.

Hope that store sticks around as service was great!
 
My understanding is that aviciouscycle had been bought out by Twisted Throttle. They've been in transition for a while, changing over the web site(s), name, billing etc. From our perspective, except for the name change, it will remain the same company.
 
I got a notice a while back that Twisted Throttle had bought out A Vicious Cycle, but it would still be the same staff running the Canadian side of things. I hope it stays that way, they've been great to deal with.

+1, it's been a while since I ordered from them but their customer service was always top notch.
 
Was there a week ago... Still there.
.. Great guys to deal with.
 
They've also expanded.
Much bigger/brighter/cleaner store now too as they took over the space previously occupied by the New Dundee Diner or some such.

I'm glad to hear they're still around then! Looks like there is money to be made in moto parts store still! Typically we hear about stores closing down instead of expanding.
