Considering booking track but need a ride down and back... Anyone going that has space will split gas!!!Jenn
Dont you mean thursday?
golo has a day on friday, max memorial, i need a generator for that day.
I can no longer maked it, if I get a hold of hotlaps are you interested in my novice spot?
Hmmm... I haven't heard anything about a Golo track day on friday before this thread, was it an exclusive special invite TD?
I didn't see it posted on the Golo website either.
Okay I see where the confusion started for me... the original post was TMP Friday, you stated Golo had a TD Friday, but it's at SMP not TMP
Nevermind...
if you can find a front wheel chock + tie down + canyon dancer for your bike i can pull it for you. I only have hardware to pull a single bike flat open trailer.
Need to get back to me ASAP because I will need the day tomorrow to get it setup.

I was very nervous in the truck, riding to the track that first day, and it was almost a relief to not get to ride.
KawasakiGal, if I could make a suggestion... The first track day I ever went to, I didn't pre register and never even took my bike off the trailer as it was full. I went down with a buddy...
It turned out to be a great thing, because I had plenty of time to walk around and meet people, and just get a feel for what it is like at the track. You will see what everyone else is doing, and what the norm is for track regulars, as far as gear, bike prep, trailer/pickup configuration and social encounters.

I'm sure someone who is going that is on the forum wouldn't mind if you showed up in their pits and helped them get their bike on the stand when they come off the track, and you will probably enjoy it.... If you ride down yourself, you will be able to leave half way through the day and go for a nice ride on your way home.
Just sayin.
You make an excellent point. I may take a ride down on Friday to have a look around and return via Prince Edward County. I suspect I'll need to sign a waiver if I want to look around the pits etc. What track are they running on Friday? Use to do car track days years ago.
long track. they may have you sign waivers at the gate they may not, i never have.
LAME!!!
I always pre-register.... saves some $$$ and guarantees a spot. No senseless driving, wasted vacation/sick days or gas money.
