As I remember, that 92.5 million was over a 6-7 year period and worked to $7-8,000.00 per resident which had to cover all housing, drinkable water, sewage, roads, administration and salaries and all other costs of running a town.
That works out to just over $1000 per person. In T.O. that wouldn't cover snow removal much less all the other costs.good thing they are paying taxes, oh wait

Just for comparison, the town my folks live in has a population of 700 and they got a new cooling system and zamboni for their arena 2 years ago..

I don't think I like your business ethics, or the Federal Governments. A deal is a deal but we're not holding up our end.Pay them crap. We're here, they're here, deal with it and start living like humans.
