Are you afraid of balloons?

They testing how sensitive the radar is?

The latest balloon shot down over Canada said," Have you purchased the warranty for your vehicles, All including children's toy bicycles"
Thank you. From the Government of Canada.
Next will be a recall for all food.
We really messed up.

Why is the news only referring to these things as objects and not balloons?
Are they afraid of poking the dragon? Its kinda weird that we kept quiet while the balloon violated our airspace....only for Mr. T to try and take credit after the US shot it down lol

If we pulled off some sh$t like this you best believe Canada would be all over the news.

Edit: U.S. military brings down flying object over Lake Huron

"U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer told U.S. broadcaster ABC that U.S. officials think two of the latest objects were smaller balloons than the original one."

Canada sending one Mountie on a horse with a pair of binoculars.

Doing our part on the International Espionage stage.
Sorry, the horse was out for re-shoeing. The Mountie had to hoof it on snow shoes. :ROFLMAO:

Seems like this should be much bigger news.

I assume these things have been around the entire time and for quite some time (whatever they are). Someone saw one, and all of a sudden it’s a major issue.

Probably nothing major.

But this appears to be…

Our man on the ground is having great difficulty getting intel from the field back to CSIS... due to the Canada Post strike.
They don't need to strike for them not to deliver... as per this thread:

wtf. I don't know enough to have an opinion as to whether a burn was a good idea but it seems pretty obvious that notifying residents and allowing them to leave beforehand (or maybe an outright evacuation) was warranted. I don't blame that guy for being so angry. Maybe it's nothing or maybe you will die a slow death. I, for one, would gtfo so I didn't have to worry about the answer to that question. There may be residual issues but at least you missed the giant airborne cloud.

I really liked a house but when I went to see it, it was in a subdivision where the only access was across tracks. I was worried about something like this decimating the value of the entire subdivision.
