Depends on the company's policies... but you do need to notify the MTO.

I think this gets mixed reviews. Like any "paint work" the proper prep helps everything

I still have the quarters I used to cover the lug holes on my wheels and they're covered with Plasti-Dip on one side... I just applied a bit of gas to one of them and the Plasti-Dip went mushy as soon as I rubbed my finger on it.

Well these pics seem to show how well it holds up. You can see it peeling on the tail and where the knees would rub on the tank.

great product, just do not use in places where you're going to be rubbing up against the bike
