anyone use the the RainBow Bridge lately

Heard that USA and Canada finally agreed on some improvements

I use it frequently, never have any issues. Usually 20min or under delay.

rainbow is usually ok, weekends not the greatest. I stay awaya from Quessnston completely, that bridge is always a disaster

Lewiston is usually the worst of the 3 bridges, from what I've read most gps units route through that crossing so it get's hammered pretty bad with traffic. Living in Beamsville I just check all 3 bridges before I leave the house. Usually Fort Erie is the fastest during the day, if you cross at the rainbow and head south down the interstate you'll get dinged for the $1 bridge toll.

If you get there early, we usually cross at 7am it's usually not bad at any of the bridges.

If you happen to have a Nexus (and maybe also Global Entry) card, you can use the Whirlpool Bridge in downtown Niagara Falls with virtually no lineup, on car or bike. I went through there May 24 weekend, and waited for 3 cars.

Yeah maybe I should get set up for Nexus. Our driver is my kid should as well as he drives commercially to the US twice a month.

Anyone else notice the bullcrap on this site: http://www.niagarafallsbridges.com

Title: Real Time Traffic Conditions ** Real-time technology is not currently available at the Rainbow Bridge, Peace Bridge, Lewiston Queenston Bridge and Whirlpool Bridge (so none of them).

Why T. F. would they title it real time traffic conditions when they are not real time traffic conditions? Just title it hourly traffic conditions or something.

Thinking it might be better this coming Saturday but have never used it.

I just used it last Sunday the 14th on my return from Lake George. I can't believe how fast I got through, and thank goodness, because it was damn hot sitting in that line up.
Under 10 minutes.

BTW, the wait times are posted on the U.S. highways approaching Buffalo/Niagara Falls. The other bridges said 30-60 Minutes, Rainbow Bridge said 0-30 Minutes. I'm glad it was closer to '0'!

Yeah, second that. Nexus is a huge timesaver, on land or at Pearson. Saved my *** several time arrivng late at Pearson. So worth $50.

Tedious application but will be worth it given I travel so much tho I usually try and avoid going via the US. But worthwhile for the mcycle.
