My theory: Is there a plate on it? If not, someone could’ve been riding dirty and ditched it after being flagged or it could’ve been stolen. If there is a valid plate on it then either someone left it there on purpose (don’t know why they would do that though lol) or once again it had been stolen.

Yeah first thought was that it was stolen for a joyride and then ditched.
